At Bucket List Charters, we like to tailor each charter to the requirements of our guests. Exceptional food is an essential part of the cruise. We employ a passionate, qualified chef on request to prepare meals from fresh seafood, to the best beef, lamb, poultry and fresh produce. Northland’s climate and soil provides a bounty of fresh ingredients. Our location enables us to source produce locally as much as possible and prepare meals with relatively low food miles.
Conditions and season permitting, the Bay of Islands also presents a unique opportunity for guests to catch their own seafood. Fish, crayfish and mussels are plentiful in the bay and are easily obtained armed with the right skills, knowledge and equipment.
You may prefer to book Bucket List charters for a day trip or overnight and supply your own food. We realise that for some of our guests this can be a way to make your charter more affordable.
